Job description

*This recruitment is being conducted for Danfoss Indonesia.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or equivalent background
2. Minimum 5 years job experiences in quality related area (electric/ hydraulic/ pneumatic/ fluid power)
3. Proficient in Quality tools
4. Skilled in conflict management and negotiation
5. Possess a strong understanding of electrical circuits, PUIL (Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik), and interpreting hydraulic schematic drawings
6. English proficiency in a professional environment
7. Willing to be assigned to site, as required

Key Responsibility:

1. Read, understand, and follow engineering prints, shop orders and standard work documents to accomplish the assembly, maintenance or repair of equipment, parts and machines.
2. Reading and understanding P&ID schematic drawings, General Assembly drawings, Parts Lists and Test Procedures of Functional Acceptance (FAT) work.
3. Inspect parts and various components and all assemblies for completeness and quality to comply with purchase orders.
4. Support sets up and test the assemble units/system according to manufacturer specifications and perform all final assembly tasks.
5. Recommends modifications to circuits and components to improve performance.
6. Maintain accurate records of all assembly, service, and other work.
7. Keep chronological records of service activity to include each service step, evaluation of system or component, parts request and installation, repairs, completions, and tests/certifications.
8. Attends various safety certification classes and seminars as required.
9. Lead Danfoss Quality Policy and Safety Policy and promotes safety to other parties.
10. Professionally interact with customers to determine service issues.
11. Identify the reason for failure and record findings in professional report format.
