QUALITY ASSURANCE

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology.

1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the F&B industry.

Fresh Graduate Welcome.

Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting internal and external audits.
2. Prepare reports on quality inspections, findings, and improvements.
3. Organizing activities related to ISO, halal, and other certification administration.
4. Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and safety.
5. Collaborate with the production team and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
6. Provide training to employees on food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures.
