• Certifications in Quality-related fields are preferred.

Quality Assurance Staff

Role:

This role oversees product quality control, ensures process compliance, manages claims and improvements, analyzes issues, verifies products, and calibrates equipment.

Skills & Experience:

• University graduate (bachelor's degree), preferably in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical sciences.
• Certifications in Quality-related fields, such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), are preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills with exceptional analytical abilities.
• Experience using ERP, MES, WMS, and LIMS systems.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Synthesize and analyze quality assurance data for selected products.
• Manage basic information of sorting measuring equipment.
• Support the initial operation of optical sorters (initial production per day).
• Manage physical measurement data for finished products (strength, size, weight, appearance).
• Perform quality assurance tasks within the process unit.
• Assist with quality activities organized by the Quality Head Office.
