Job description

The Quality Assurance (QA) Officer is responsible for maintaining and improving service standards at ACE PADEL to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role involves developing and implementing quality policies, conducting regular audits and inspections across all departments, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Additionally, the QA Officer is responsible for ensuring the quality standards of the padel courts, including the condition of the court surfaces, cleanliness of the playing areas, the fitness and safety of sports equipment (rackets, balls, nets), and the safety of players during activities. The QA Officer also monitors and evaluates the implementation of health and safety protocols specific to padel sports.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational areas of ACE PADEL, including court maintenance, customer service, and equipment handling.

-Monitor compliance with internal quality standards, brand requirements, safety regulations, and sports industry best practices specific to padel.

-Train department heads and team members on quality procedures, guest experience standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement strategies tailored for a padel sports environment.

-Analyze customer feedback from various channels (reviews, surveys, complaints) and coordinate corrective action plans to enhance service quality and player satisfaction.

-Lead monthly quality review meetings with relevant department managers and key stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive quality improvements.

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or similar role, preferably within the sports, recreation, or hospitality industry.

-Strong knowledge of operational standards, safety protocols, and customer service excellence specific to sports facilities, especially padel clubs or similar venues.

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.

-Ability to lead training sessions and coach teams focused on continuous quality and safety improvements.

-Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant certifications (e.g., ISO standards, safety regulations).

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
