About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our smart home products maintain the highest quality standards before they reach the market. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and testing strategies for smart home products.
• Conduct thorough testing, inspections, and evaluations of products at various stages of development.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Document findings and compile reports, providing data-driven insights to improve product quality.
• Assist in product testing materials and guides for the production team on quality standards.
• Participate in cross-functional product needs to support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, system information or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the technology or electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in testing products, preferably in a smart home or electronics environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
