A national trading and engineering company in Indonesia seeks an individual to support departmental operations and improve efficiency. Responsibilities include organizing process planning, managing KPIs, and developing quality management systems. Candidates must have fluency in Mandarin and strong analytical skills, with 1-3 years of experience preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Organize the department's strategy-to-execution process planning, participate in the setting of annual key task targets, and perform task operations based on target achievement.
Build and operate the operation system, support the operation work of the department, including department meetings, outstanding task management, and KPI tracking, improve operation efficiency, and be responsible for key operation indicators.
Develop the quality management system and process quality culture, ensure process-based organizational development and continuous improvement, and ensure the implementation of corporate quality policies and strategies.
Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and analyze data effectively, as well as good communication, coordination, and promotion skills.
Experienced in project management, quality management, process development, and sales management preferred.
At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
