Job Description

  • Lead the global Quality and Food Safety (Q&FS) strategy across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international food safety regulations and internal standards (e.g., GFSI, HACCP, FSMA).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, and Procurement to embed quality at every stage.
  • Represent the company in external regulatory and industry forums.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Quality and Food Safety within the food or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of global food safety regulations and quality systems.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
