Overview

The Quaker Brands and Foods Innovation Manager - Indonesia role is crucial for PepsiCo to drive growth in Quaker brand and Foods innovation, both in breakfast cereals and savory snacks. This role involves developing strategic medium- and long-term plans, including redefining positioning, strategic portfolio, and brand communication campaigns to enhance Quaker penetration and quality. Additionally, it supports market penetration of savory snacks through innovation and product expansion.

Responsibilities

We will count on you to:

  • Lead development of Quaker's strategic plan, focusing on revamping strategy and long-term planning, including brand strategy and portfolio management.
  • Develop strategies for snack re-entry and long-term planning, covering brand and portfolio strategies.
  • Build disruptive and meaningful integrated marketing communication strategies, including launch plans (communications & media) and visibility/promotion across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Create marketing calendars encompassing advertising, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a strong, disruptive media plan in collaboration with Media Team and agencies, integrating all consumer touchpoints and channels, both traditional and digital.
  • Design a disruptive yet meaningful PR communication plan to support re-entry efforts.
  • Manage total advertising and promotion budgets effectively, acting as the process owner.
  • Partner with consumer insight and sales teams to analyze consumer trends and behaviors, monitor competitive strategies, and leverage research and insights for brand marketing planning.
  • Collaborate with R&D on multi-year portfolio strategies and innovation plans.
  • Serve as a key contact for the Global team in developing advertising, portfolio, and packaging strategies.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing to support marketing plans and execution at the channel level.
Qualifications

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Brand Management and Innovation. Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce. Well-rounded marketers with experience in Marketing, Brand, Innovation, and Business Development in multinational FMCG companies.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, presentation, communication, consumer insights, project management, and influencing/interpersonal skills. Energetic, quick learner with high learning agility.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, open-minded, adaptable, and collaborative.
  • Experience in BU/sector/global roles or local companies is preferred but not mandatory.
