Job description

The QHSE Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring compliance with both International and Indonesian regulations related to environmental, health, safety, and quality management system for PT CETCO Oilfield Services Indonesia. The candidate must have experience working with QHSE regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop, implement and maintain QHSE programs, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementation of risk mitigation measures to minimize potential impacts to the environment, employees, and product/service quality.

Provide QHSE training and support to employees and contractors.

Develop, implement, and monitor a robust emergency response program to ensure effective response to environmental, health, safety, and quality incidents.

Provide QHSE support to operations teams to ensure safe and sustainable operations.

Stay current on new and evolving QHSE regulations in the International and Indonesia and provide updates to senior management and the relevant departments impact to the business.

Lead internal and external QHSE audits and inspections and maintain accurate records of findings and recommendations.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on QHSE initiatives and programs.

Manage and continuously improve the QHSE Management System to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, safety, quality management, or a related field

At least 7 years of experience in QHSE management.

They should also have a solid understanding of International and Indonesian QHSE regulations and experience working in a multinational company.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Proficient in English is a must.

Essential to have the certification on:

Ahli K3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety Expert)

Ahli K3 Migas (Oil & Gas Occupational Health and Safety Expert)

ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Lead Auditor.

Familiar with Power BI.
