Job description

Maintain and care for documents, including the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, and Work Procedures.

Audit all departments regarding matters related to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Implement improvements aimed at improving quality performance.

Implement and ensure QMS programs are on schedule.

Ensure all SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals are updated and compliant with regulations.

Implement the Health, Safety & Environment work program and establish procedures in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 management systems.

Hold meetings at least once a month to discuss the Health, Safety, and Environment work program and implement the HSE program with each department.

Ensure compliance with government regulations and permits related to HSE.

Develop annual and monthly HSE programs (safety briefings/meetings; PMK training; emergency drills, etc.) in collaboration with department heads and implement them consistently.

Supervise waste processing and hazardous waste management processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and government regulations.

Requirements:

Work experience in the chemical industry, particularly in adhesives or resins, is mandatory.

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental engineering.

General K3 certification (Required).

POPAL and PPPA certification (Preferred).

Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 implementation.

Able to collaborate with all department heads.
