QC Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assign/delegate jobs to subordinates.
2. Supervise Quality Inspectors group in leading their activities and controlling their time and attendance.
3. Monitor day-to-day quality assurance activities; develop and implement quality assurance programs to meet production standards and company requirements.
4. Conduct training / continuous training for the improvement of technical and nontechnical abilities throughout the subordinates.
5. Proactively involve in new production introduction (VMU and First Production).
6. Work with Manufacturing to coordinate and monitor production processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, to ensure that safe and effective products are produced and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
7. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
8. Follow up on findings discovered by QC inspectors.
9. Prepare & present weekly / monthly quality performance.
10. Follow up on MDR Report from steel structure supplier.
11. Prepare QA Package for client on every shipment.
12. Report to QA/QC Manager.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in quality control or quality assurance.
2. Good interpersonal skills and present a positive attitude.
3. Knowledge of drawing interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance establishment.
4. Strong English written and oral communications skills with ability to interface with all levels.
5. Ability to work cooperatively and productively with other employees and suppliers.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, Outlook).
7. Experience with CAD 2D/3D modelling is an advantage.
