PT Weharima Langgeng Lestari (FA Merak) in Bandung, West Java, is seeking a diligent QC Staff to join the Quality Assurance team. You will conduct routine inspections, collect data, and work with the production team to maintain high quality across products, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Ideal candidates hold a D3/S1 in Food Science, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering, with at least two years in QA; fresh graduates are welcome.
Competenze
- Must have a relevant degree (D3/S1) in Food Science, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in QA; fresh graduates may apply.
- Solid understanding of QA tools, statistics, inspection, and testing methods.

This position is suitable for individuals who are meticulous, have high attention to detail, and are committed to operational excellence.
- Conduct routine product inspection and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and established quality standards
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and necessary corrective actions
- Document quality assurance processes and procedures, and maintain accurate and complete records
- Collaborate with the production team to solve quality problems and develop effective solutions
- Monitor and report quality trends, and provide improvement suggestions to management
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and applicable regulations
- Min. D3/S1 in Food Science, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Demonstrate good understanding of quality assurance tools and techniques, such as statistical analysis, visual inspection, and product testing
- Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address quality issues
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Able to work in lab or field using computer
