Job summary

Japfa is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Lamongan, East Java to perform presampling, unloading, and raw material receiving inspections in line with SOPs. You will conduct tests such as organoleptic analysis, quick tests, and nutritional analysis to ensure product quality throughout receiving and storage.

You will input data into SAP, report results to supervisors, and help maintain inventory control while applying HSE and 5S practices in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Laboratory, or Raw Material Inspection; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good understanding of raw material quality inspection, organoleptic testing, sampling procedures, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or ERP is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presampling, unloading, and raw material receiving inspections per SOPs.
• Perform raw material quality testing including organoleptic, quick test, and nutritional analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate raw material quality during receiving and warehouse storage.
• Input data into SAP and communicate results to the supervisor.
• Maintain inventory control and apply HSE and 5S in the workplace.
