Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections of packaged foods, ensuring GMP and HACCP compliance. You will document non-conformances, collect samples, and maintain detailed quality records while collaborating with production teams to implement preventive measures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma in Food Technology or Chemistry preferred) and experience in food QC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP and quality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and quality standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to work in shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
