Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a qualified QC In-Process Control Operator / Inspector to join our team in the field of new paper autonomous manufacturing. The role requires maintaining quality through in-process checks and ensuring adherence to SOPs and WI.

The ideal candidate has SMK or higher with a D3/S1 in Chemistry or related fields, and experience in laboratory testing and data analysis. Willing to be based in Purwakarta and available immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, laboratory testing, or manufacturing inspection is preferred.
• Good understanding of production processes, SOP and Work Instructions (WI).
• Able to perform quality testing and inspection of raw materials, including pulp and chemical additives.
• Able to operate laboratory and quality testing equipment and accurately record test results.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform testing and inspection of chemical additives and paper products according to established specifications.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with QC and Production teams.

QC In-Process Control Operator / Inspector

We are seeking a qualified QC In-Process Control Operator / Inspector to join our team in the exciting field of new paper autonomous manufacturing.

Minimum SMK, preferably from Chemical, Industrial, Pulp & Paper, or other relevant technical fields.

D3/S1 in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pulp & Paper, or related fields is an advantage.

Experience in quality control, laboratory testing, or manufacturing inspection is preferred, particularly within the paper manufacturing industry.

Good understanding of production processes, SOP and Work Instructions (WI).

Able to perform quality testing and inspection of raw materials, including pulp and chemical additives.

Able to perform testing and inspection of chemical additives and paper products according to established specifications.

Able to operate laboratory and quality testing equipment and accurately record test results.

Good ability to analyze inspection data and relate test results to actual production process conditions.

Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with QC and Production teams.

Willing to be based in Purwakarta.

Immediate availability is preferred.
