Job description

SPIE Oil & Gas Services Indonesia is currently looking for a QC Civil Engineer.

Your main duties are:

1. Responsible for overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for all aspects of the work in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and standards.
2. Responsible for ensuring the entire team understands the design of the entry road and the well pad.
3. Supervise and direct workers during the construction of well components (rig foundation, oil catcher, etc.).
4. Ensure construction points of each element/component (oil catcher, rig foundation, etc.) are met.
5. Ensure civil works are executed according to the project plan.
6. Create and organize work items (details) and volumes.
7. Develop and manage schedules for work implementation, material procurement, and equipment procurement.
8. Coordinate with COMPANY engineers regarding technical issues that hinder work progress.
9. Provide regular reports and communicate daily with the COMPANY representatives about work progress.
10. Identify potential obstacles and provide comprehensive reports if work delays occur.
11. Ensure work is performed safely, within budget, and in compliance with HSSE standards.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

1. A minimum bachelor's degree in engineering.
2. At least 10 years of experience in Civil engineering.
3. Experience in drilling site preparation and construction.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
