• Control and coordinate QAC Department activities.

• Ensure timely response to customer complaints.
• Oversee QC Process Inspections.
• Represent QAC during customer visits and audits.
• Hold routine quality meetings with customers.
• Report monthly quality performance to management.
• Lead the Process Qualification Section team.
• Lead the training team.

Overview

• To control and coordinate the QAC Depart activities to conform with the Quality System EN ISO 13485: 2016.
• To lead the QAC Department in achieving the QAC quality objective.
• Responsible to ensure that any customer complaint is replied to without undue delay.
• To control and ensure all QC Process Inspections follow inspection criteria and procedure.
• Act as the QAC Head representative during customer visits and/or audits, audits TUV and internal audits.
• To Hold routine quality meetings with customers.
• To report monthly quality performance to management.
• To Lead the Process Qualification Section (PQS) team.
• To Lead the training team.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION :

• Gender: Female or Male
• Fluent in English, Proficiency in MS Office.
• Have 4 Years working experience as a QAC Supervisor
