Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management, or equivalent.
• ISTQB Certification for Tester is preferable or at least familiarity with ISTQB standards.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst in the banking industry. Experience in testing Contact Center applications (e.g., Genesys, 3Dolphins Banking Chat, Web Call Engine, etc.) is preferable.
• Fluent in using Jira.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience in agile project delivery is preferable.
• Familiar with Linux commands, MS SQL Server Database, and MySQL Database.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Team player.
• Living in Jakarta, Indonesia is preferable.
