Job summary

A quality assurance firm located in Cikande, Indonesia, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist. • Food safety/regulation compliance certified in internal audit in BRC, ISO9001 and ISO22000.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and review quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor and review FTR/indicator performance.
• Collaborate with production on root cause analysis.
• Conduct inspections for hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Lead on-floor coaching and refreshers on hygiene practices.

Job description

Responsible to plan, develop and review the quality and food safety as well as hygiene standards

Monitor and review the FTR/indicator performance related to quality and food safety as well as hygiene standards

Collaborate with production to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on quality deviations and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Cooperate with related department to validate/capability process test

Data Analysis and Generate scientific report.

Setup, Implement and Evaluate QC7 Tools, SQC and SPC in the process regularly.

Lead inspections for hygiene and sanitation practices, focusing on equipment cleanliness, cross contamination, prevention, and hygienic zoning.

Conduct on-floor coaching and refreshers on hygiene practices, GMP, and process quality checks for operators and junior QA staff.

Collaborate with Maintenance and Production for hygienic design review, especially during shutdown or commissioning.

Conduct special task from superintendent.

Report to QA Manager and Quality Manager.

Placement in Cikande.

Skill Requirement:
