QA Staff - Manufacture - Cikarang - WFO

Responsibilities:

1. Identification and implementing repair processes of QA/QC to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
2. Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure goods produced follow the quality standardization.
3. Identification and analysis of quality problems and development of problem-solving strategies.
4. Support and handle customer claims.

Requirements:

1. Diploma degree from Industrial Engineering or any major related to the field or above.
2. Minimum 3 or more years of experience in the same position and from the Japanese manufacturing industry.
3. Japanese speaker is a plus.
4. Willing to work in Cikarang.
