Your Role

As a Quality Assurance Staff, you will be the guardian of our product standards, ensuring that every item meets our rigorous quality benchmarks before reaching our customers. You'll work closely with production, R&D, and compliance teams to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods

Document and report quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns

Maintain and improve QA documentation and SOPs

Support internal audits and compliance initiatives

Diploma (D3) degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field

Familiarity with ISO standards, document control, quality control tools, and measuring instrument calibration

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia

Professional English proficiency
