Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering, ideally in web or SaaS products.

What You’ll Do

As a QA Specialist focused on our Web and Tracking systems, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our event data, APIs, and frontend experiences are working exactly as expected — across all stakeholders from product, design, engineering, and data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manual test plans for web features, dashboards, and backend APIs.
  • Validate tracking logic (e.g. conversions, postbacks, calculations, etc.) across different platforms.
  • Write optimised SQL queries and use analytics tools to cross-check business logic and tracking data.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define edge cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Track, log, and follow up on issues using tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Build visibility for stakeholders using Redash, Looker, or Sheets, and help catch anomalies before they impact users.


Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering, ideally in web or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, event tracking, and API testing.
  • Experience using tools like Postman, SQL, Katalon, and issue trackers like Jira.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and ask smart questions when things look off.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and data.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with event tracking tools like Segment, GA, Appsflyer, or GTM.
  • Experience in performance marketing, adtech, or affiliate products.
  • Experience in data dashboards and data validations.
  • Experience in mobile SDK and mobile App testing is a plus.
