About the Role

This role will be Perform quality assurance (QA) and post-disbursement reviews on embedded lending, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. Validate and centralize credit documentation, and review business processes to provide recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a quality assurance (QA) and post disbursement review on Embedded Lending
  • Reporting for internal and external parties overview in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure and validate credit documentation is administered and centralized
  • Review business processes and give recommendations to enhance the process

Requirements

  • Already based in Sumatera
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in credit and/or credit operation, preferably from start-up/tech company or financial industry
  • Good knowledge on Unsecured loan process and policies and business
  • Willing to learn and travel occasionally
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholders’ management
  • Meticulous, critical, strong analytical skills and problem solving
