About The Role

This role will be to perform quality assurance (QA) and post-disbursement reviews on embedded lending, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. Validate and centralize credit documentation, and review business processes to provide recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance (QA) and post-disbursement review on embedded lending.
• Report for internal and external parties in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure and validate credit documentation is administered and centralized.
• Review business processes and provide recommendations to enhance the process.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in credit and/or credit operations, preferably from a start-up/tech company or financial industry.
• Good knowledge of unsecured loan processes, policies, and business.
• Willing to learn and travel occasionally.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Meticulous, critical, with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
