Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Familiarity with 5 core tools: APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan.

• Leading actions for customer/internal quality defects and audits.
• Creating and reviewing inspection criteria and procedures for quality assurance.
• Summarizing monthly quality reports and management reviews.

Job description

Leading actions for customer/internal quality defects, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process/product audits for customers, internal teams, and suppliers. Negotiation and management of quality agreements for products.

Creating and reviewing inspection criteria, standards, and procedures to ensure quality assurance for new projects.

Summarizing and leading monthly quality reports and quality management reviews (internal and global).

Developing investment and expense plans, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to achieve departmental targets.

Leading document preparation for new projects, including follow-up and internal audits, and supervising the ISO secretary.

Executing specific projects or tasks as instructed by the Head of Department.

Ensuring all documents comply with IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Understanding of IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 processes and implementation.
• Knowledge of 5S, safety (K3), Kaizen, and other manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of quality tools, problem-solving, QC7 tools, PDP.
• Skills as an internal auditor (system, process, and product), supplier audits, and familiarity with 5 core tools (APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan).
• Ability to create quality documents.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency as an internal auditor based on matrix skills.
