Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and maintain their Quality Management System. Job description

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer requirements

Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement

Lead inspection, testing, and verification of materials and finished products

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions for non-conformance issues

Establish and track quality metrics to measure process effectiveness

Plan and execute internal & external audits to maintain compliance and certifications

Liaise with customers to resolve quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and training

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

Minimum 4 years in QA / QC

Strong knowledge of API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and regulatory requirements

Proficiency in quality management tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC)

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and auditors

Experience in conducting audits (internal & external)
