Job summary
A leading food production company in Tangerang is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will lead audits, supervise production processes, and manage customer complaints effectively. Experience in certification processes such as Halal and ISO is preferred.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of certification processes (Halal, BPOM, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000).
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.

- Ensure quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Supervise new product processes and improve compliance.
Job Description
- Responsible to ensure the quality of raw materials, finished products, and production line processes in accordance with quality standards
- Responsible to certification processes such as Halal, BPOM, as well as preparation for FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000.
- Assist in the implementation of internal and external audits (Halal, BPOM, and customer audits), as well as organize several internal trainings related to food safety and Halal.
- Ensure that the production line is in good condition, comply with regulations and processes according to SOPs.
- Handle unexpected issues, such as changes in finished product documents, customer requests, problem findings, and requests from other departments.
- Issue new documents, such as product specifications, allergen information, and standard determination.
- Supervise new product processes, starting from raw material measurement to the filling stage.
- Handle and investigate customer complaints related to product quality, prepare investigation reports, and carry out follow-ups until complaint resolution is completed.
- Leading a team to support departments goals by delegating tasks, providing support and feedback, resolving conflicts & fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Identifying training needs from external and for internal parties
