Job Requirements
  • Experienced in QA field for min. 10 years, holding a Managerial position for at least 2 years.
  • Preferably from the garment or textile manufacturing sector, with hands-on knowledge of production flow and quality checkpoints.
  • Strong understanding of QA strategy, SOP development, AQL standards, and buyer compliance standards. Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead QA teams, coordinate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with internal departments.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. Able to manage audits, resolve quality issues, and uphold high ethical standards.
