Job Description

• Coordination of overall quality controls and systems
• Monitoring and enhancement of in- process inspection procedures
• Installation of quality control policies and procedures ; ensuring compliance to the highest level of standard
• Takes the lead in creating quality control procedures for the whole group in collaboration with the other quality control Supervisors and recommends revision of specifications when indicated
• Formulates quality assurance policies and procedures for all the plants
• Final inspections as required and guidelines for application
• Head up and coordinate the ISO certification process and its strict implementation
• Identification of root cause, corrective and preventive action documentation
• Initiates the implementation of different activity that will spur " Quality Consciousness " in the whole workplace

Requirement

• Bachelor of Science major in Chemical, Industrial and Mechanical with PROFESSIONAL LICENSED
• With 5-10 years of relevant experience in quality control/quality assurance preferably gained from a manufacturing
• set-up or steel/metal processing plant
• Understanding and knowledge of ISO certification and program maintenance preferably with exposure in a foreign-owned manufacturing company
• High level of leadership ability and matured
• High analytical skills and detail oriented
• With pro-active mindset and excellent communication skills
• Hands on attitude where needed and technical capacity
