QA Executive

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Placement in Bandara, Tangerang

Job Description:

• Working closely with Production and perform Quality Audits.
• Continuous improvement on quality process and documentation.
• Deputy QMR for ISO Audit, customer audit and also implementation of procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections and acceptance for out-going and or in-coming goods.
• Monitoring of Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs in accordance to the ISO 9001 2015 Quality Management System.
• Prepare and control internal work sheet and update as or when necessary.
• Establish process work flow of inspection and update as or when necessary.
• Participate in any quality issue through team approach and propose corrective action and preventive action plans.
• Supervise and provide training to QC Inspectors on technique and method of proper inspection and motivate them to realize the department quality objectives.
• Prepare monthly report of QA / QC which includes defect data analysis charts to be shared with all relevant production staff.
• Liaise with all relevant Production staff pertaining to quality related issues.
• Close monitoring on overall quality performance for all Production fabricated products and parts.
• Come out with Quality Awareness programs to raise awareness among all production staff on the importance of producing good quality products and parts.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
