Job description

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale of 4.00).
• At least 5 years of experience in QUALITY ASSURANCE within the BUILDING MATERIAL industry.
• Expertise in statistical data and data analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO series 9000, 14000, and 45000 (certification is an advantage).
• Familiar with PQC (Performance Quality & Control).
• Proficient in computer programs and fluent in English.
• Must be a fast learner, mature, a team player, detail-oriented, with good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, well-planned, and resilient.
• Ability to manage teamwork and demonstrate good leadership skills.
• Will report directly to the QA Manager.
• Willing to be placed at our factory in Gunung Putri, BOGOR.

Job Description:

• Ensure the quality, quantity, and performance of the product development process based on QA targets and procedures.
• Plan, organize, and implement activities related to KPI in the Quality Assurance department (for process and finished goods).
• Monitor all stages of process and product development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
