Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life is seeking a QA Engineer to design and execute test plans across web, backend, frontend, and mobile applications. You will perform manual and automated testing to ensure functional, regression, integration, and performance quality before releases.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, validate new features, and maintain test automation frameworks and QA processes throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile SDLC and QA processes.
• Hands-on manual and automated testing for web, frontend, backend, and mobile apps.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Ability to design effective test cases from requirements.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and testing in staging/production.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for web, backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Validate new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements before release to ensure product quality and stability.
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks, test coverage, and QA processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
