Job summary

Dexa Group is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist Level I in Indonesia to strengthen our testing efforts. You will conduct manual and automated testing to ensure reliability and stability of our applications, supporting smooth development and release cycles.

Collaborating with product owners, developers, and UI/UX designers, you will design test plans, implement automated scripts with Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and Postman, and report bugs with clear evidence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Software QA or Quality Assurance Engineering roles.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Proficient in manual testing and test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman).
Knowledge of Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr for bug tracking and test management.
Basic understanding of API testing and SQL/database queries.

Responsibilities

Conduct manual and automated testing on applications to ensure functionality, performance, and stability.
Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts from requirements.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts with Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
Integrate automated testing into the development workflow.
Analyze and report bugs found during testing and production.
Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved and retested.
Monitor quality metrics such as test coverage and production bugs.
Document test results and QA processes clearly and consistently.
Contribute to improving CSAT by evaluating product quality from a user perspective.
