Skills required include problem solving, failure analysis, ISO 9001 standards, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.

Must possess teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer feedback and complaints using 8D reports and investigation reports, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform containment actions as immediate responses to quality issues and conduct failure analysis.
• Review procedures and work instructions for implementation by QC.
• Process RMA requests from customers for approval, verification, and follow-up until completion.
• Support NPI, MSA, GR, and R activities.
