Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing company.
  • Experience in managing customer complaints, RCA & CAPA.
  • Experience dealing with overseas companies for export processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze customer complaints periodically.
  • Prepare reports to determine the causes of non-conformity.
  • Establish and implement a preventive plan for non-conformity.

Customer Complaints Staff

Role:

This role will be responsible for handling customer complaint management, including checking for its cause from the manufacturing quality assurance perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and analysis of customer complaints on periodical basis (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually)
  • Prepare report to determine the cause of non-conformity (including product traceability)
  • Establish and implement a non-conformity preventive plan
  • Create & manage non-conforming list

Skills & Requirements:

  • Candidate with experience around 2 (two) years as a quality assurance in manufacturing company.
  • Has experience in managing customer complaint, from doing RCA & CAPA, as well as communicating the result to the client. Should have any experience dealing with overseas companies for export process will be preferred.
  • University graduate (bachelor's degree), preferably from Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Pharmaceutical.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with exceptional analysis ability.
  • Able to use ERP/SAP and LIMS system.
