Job description

We are looking for an experienced and analytical QA & Content Accuracy Team Lead (Land Product) to join our Load Inventory Team. In this role, you will oversee a team responsible for reviewing and verifying travel content—such as hotel details, tour descriptions, and pricing—before it goes live on major online travel platforms. This is a non-technical QA role, ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of the travel industry. You will be responsible not only for conducting quality checks and data analysis but also for driving continuous improvement initiatives and effectively communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and proven experience in managing a team. You should be self-motivated, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to communicate insights clearly in English.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a QA team, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
• Perform and oversee quality checks on load processes, and ensure timely and accurate reporting of findings.
• Lead the QA process for content accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  
• Work closely with the Land Load and Operations teams to ensure data quality
  
• Analyze large volumes of data to identify discrepancies, pricing errors, duplicates, and procedural violations.
• Review and validate team findings, providing guidance and coaching where necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact for QA escalations and process-related concerns.
• Collaborate with the Load, Product, and Contracts teams to reduce Load Error Write-Offs and improve process efficiency.
• Present insights, root cause analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the team adheres to internal QA procedures and support process documentation updates.
• Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and development planning for QA team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience in a QA or data analysis function, managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Strong attention to detail, with a structured and problem-solving approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with large data sets and cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and/or public holidays.
• Willing to relocate between Jakarta and BSD as needed.
