Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent field of expertise
2. Over three years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test
3. Experienced in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Ruby, Go, or Rust)
4. Experienced in at least one testing tool (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Mocha, TestNG, or Cypress)
5. Understanding of database concepts and queries (e.g., MySQL and PostgreSQL)
6. Strong technical skills and the ability to drive and complete complex system testing independently
7. Excellent logical and analytical thinking abilities for solving various technical problems
8. Demonstrating a critical thinking approach to challenges with a logical and analytical mindset
9. A cultural role model with a strong sense of humility and empathy, ready to help the team achieve engineering excellence
10. Able to eliminate friction or blockers, both technical and managerial, for the testing team
