Job summary

PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) is seeking a QA Tester to join its technology team in Jakarta. You will perform manual testing to ensure applications meet business and functional requirements, and develop test plans and cases.

You will identify and track defects, support test execution, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and project teams. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years in software testing preferred; SDLC and Agile knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in testing preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating test scenarios, test cases, and documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing to ensure applications meet business and functional requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases based on project needs.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects across the SDLC.
• Support test execution and deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve issues.
• Assist in audit findings follow-up and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and regulatory requirements.
