Overview

We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our game development team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our games across mobile platforms (Android/iOS) and consoles, working closely with overseas colleagues and directly interfacing with clients. This is a hands-on, independent role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough compliance testing for platform-specific requirements applicable
• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases covering functional and non-functional aspects of the product
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA and TestRail, ensuring proper communication of issues
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, and test results, ensuring they are clear, concise, and up to date
• Collaborate closely with development team & client to provide clear feedback, insight and solutions for compliance-related issues
• Learn new platforms and tools independently, with a strong sense of ownership
• Continuously identify opportunities for process and tool improvements, and work with the team to implement the approach

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in testing Mobile Apps (Android/iOS), or Console (Sony, Xbox, Nintendo)
• Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, TestRail)
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to break down complex problems
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams from different countries
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, growth mindset
• Great attention to detail, sharp observation / pattern recognition
• Ability to work effectively across cultures

• Nice to Have: Experience testing on console platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo)
