About the Role
TMB Partners is seeking a skilled Purchasing Supervisor to join our team in Tangerang, Banten for Evolene. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value for the company.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and agreements.

Oversee purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with other departments (finance, production, warehouse, etc.) to align purchasing activities with operational needs.

Identify potential suppliers and conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and cost-saving opportunities.

Lead, coach, and evaluate the purchasing team to enhance performance and efficiency.

Establish and improve SOPs related to purchasing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

Proficient in procurement systems/ERP (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
