Job description

Conduct analysis and comparison of supplier proposals based on price, payment terms (TOP), delivery time, cooperation schemes, and other relevant factors.

Coordinate and execute the tender process with the support of relevant divisions to ensure a transparent and efficient procedure.

Conduct research and provide updates on the latest information affecting raw material price movements in the global market.

Forecast potential increases or decreases in raw material prices to support planning, forecasting, and stock procurement strategies.

Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key raw material suppliers (RMPM), particularly large-scale strategic suppliers.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in any major

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier offers and market trends.

Solid understanding of procurement processes, tender management, and contract negotiation.

Knowledge of global raw material markets is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong coordination and teamwork abilities across departments.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent command of Chinese and English (written and spoken)

High integrity and professionalism in handling supplier relations and confidential data.

Willingness to travel for supplier visits or business meetings if required.
