Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Min. 5 years experience in related field or similar position.
  2. Good communication, detail-oriented, analytical, strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Residence near the office is preferred. Office Location in Karawaci, Tangerang.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct vendor selection, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  2. Visit vendors, negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  3. Prepare purchase orders, agreement contracts, and update the database of suppliers.
  4. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
  5. Prepare documents for tenders both offline and online.
  6. Create daily work reports and recap purchasing work.
