Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor – Smart Metering Manufacturing

PT Linyang Energy Cemerlang is a newly established subsidiary of Linyang Group, a global leader in smart metering and clean energy solutions headquartered in China. As part of our expansion into Southeast Asia, we are building our first smart metering manufacturing factory in Indonesia to support local production and localization of electricity meter systems for PLN and other utility projects.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor to lead and strengthen our quality management and inspection operations in Indonesia. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all products meet PLN requirements, international standards, and customer expectations through continuous improvement, system compliance, and strong collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor Quality Control activities across suppliers, production lines, and customer sites.

Ensure all products and processes comply with company, PLN, and international quality standards.

Prepare inspection reports, testing data, and quality analysis documentation.

Conduct internal and external audits, including inspections with third parties, PLN representatives, or certified laboratories (e.g., Sucofindo, Pusertif).

Develop and improve QA procedures, SOPs, and documentation systems to align with PLN project and ISO requirements.

Manage and calibrate inspection and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues effectively.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing or electrical/electronics industry.

Familiar with PLN standards and ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to supervise QC teams and ensure compliance with production quality standards.

Proficient in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.

Willing to be placed at our smart metering factory in Sepatan, Tangerang.

Able to join immediately is highly preferred.
