Purchasing Specialist (POSM - Marketing Materials) - Transsion Indonesia

Purchase Marketing Services and Materials (such as : POSM, POP, Flyers, Smartphone Display Table, other Gifts needed for the monthly and yearly events)

Source, find, deal, and negotiate with the new local vendor, as well as vendor evaluation & contract negotiation

Fixed asset data & maintenance

Purchase order creation

Delivery schedule maintenance & coordination

Requirements:

Proven experience at least 2 years in purchasing, or procurement

Fluent in English is a must

Well-done knowledge of the end-to-end procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
