Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Purchasing Officer professional at Agmakina Group. The role is on-site and based in Bali, Indonesia. The General Purchasing professional will be responsible for managing and coordinating procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The individual will also manage inventory levels, track purchase orders and deliveries, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inventory levels and track purchase orders
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and experience in coordinating procurement activities
  • Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly procurement practices
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, procurement software)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus

  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Fast, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
