Job Description

1. Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to meet our requirements.
2. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
3. Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
4. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and improve service.
5. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process.
6. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and pricing data.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Information

• Experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
