We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement team, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier quality, and seamless operations. If you have strong leadership, negotiation skills, and experience in purchasing, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic purchasing policies, ensuring continuous improvement in procurement processes.
2. Create long-term strategic plans to achieve company targets effectively.
3. Drive cost efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement programs within the Purchasing Department.
4. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, ensuring strong team development and performance monitoring.
5. Oversee the professional development of subordinates, including Heads, Supervisors, Foremen, and Administrators.
6. Review, evaluate, and enhance purchasing instructions, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations.
7. Monitor overall team performance, plan for improvements, and conduct internal audits to uphold integrity.
8. Analyze and implement risk management strategies in procurement operations.
9. Evaluate and enhance purchasing program implementation and supplier performance.
10. Assess supplier qualifications to ensure compliance with company standards.
11. Ensure all operational procurement needs (raw materials and non-materials) are met efficiently.
12. Implement and optimize purchasing strategies to maximize cost efficiency.
13. Foster strong collaboration between departments, upholding integrity and synergy.
14. Prepare and submit monthly reports on purchasing activities.
15. Maintain comprehensive records and reports of purchasing processes as required.
16. Monitor the implementation of company pricing, discounts, and payment policies, assisting in price calculations and evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, especially from plastic industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
• Ability to learn product and business management
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Mandarin language skills are a plus
