Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of raw materials (Fabric, Machinery, buttons, zippers) and supplies to support production, ensuring optimal stock levels and on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and managing contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory data, while supporting the implementation of procurement policies.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure purchasing aligns with business objectives.
- Analyze to develop cost-saving strategies and improve purchasing efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages, and coordinate with internal teams to address supply needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in purchasing.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin.
- Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in the garment industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, procurement software, and data analysis tools.
