Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Purchasing Manager for our electronics manufacturing operations in Cikarang. The role focuses on material preparation, supplier delivery, and leading projects to implement HQ systems.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation with suppliers on price and delivery

• Knowledge of ERP routing, SAP is a plus
• Knowledge of 4M change, supplier performance evaluation and audits

This role involves monitoring progress and resolving issues related to material preparation and supplier delivery. You will manage projects for the implementation of HQ systems, set targets, organize teams, create timelines, and provide leadership. The position requires standing as an auditee for department responsibilities, managing project cost reduction initiatives, and maintaining alignment with overall department goals.

Key responsibilities

Monitor progress and resolve any issues related to material preparation

Check and resolve issues related to delivery of material from supplier

Manage projects for the implementation of HQ system and setting target

Organize teams, create timelines, and provide leadership

Setup teams KPI and individuals target aligned with overall department goals

Stand for auditee as department responsibility and solve any finding audit issue

Manage, maintain and monitor related project cost reduction

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistic, Supply Chain or other relevant majors)

Minimum 3 years experience in similar position

Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Strong negotiation skills with supplier about pricing and delivery

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good analytical scope in Supply Chain Management (Cost structure, VAVE, Delivery and Logistic)

Good coordination and communication with team and other department

Knowledge about ERP System routing, familiar with SAP will be advantage

Knowledge for 4M change, supplier performance evaluation and audit
