Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for raw materials, assets, and non-assets.
2. Manage and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and quality assurance.
3. Oversee import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing supply chain operations.
4. Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
5. Monitor and analyze purchasing performance, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
7. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier agreements.
8. Utilize purchasing systems and software for process optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in purchasing, particularly in raw materials, asset and non-asset procurement, import management, and vendor management.
3. Strong negotiation and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
4. Knowledge of purchasing systems and software is a plus.
